At OLEADA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all dust bags and protective materials, to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
